This section provides an overview of the genome, annotation, and RNA-seq of species involved in ASER (as shown below). You can browse the tracks via click the button on the right. Visualization is implemented by the JBrowse plug-in.

The type of track:

• Reference sequences: The nucleotide sequence of chromosome, scaffold or contig. It shows the content of the FASTA file.
• Annotation: The gene coordinate in the genome. Both GFF and BED format are provided.
• Conservation: The conservation score of each base calculated by genomic comparative.
• Orthologue: The regions of orthologous genes between reference species and other species.
• RNA-seq: The coverage of RNA-seq datasets. It can be separated into two tracks if it's from a strand-specific library.

If you want to compare the tracks between different species, please click two-species interface and make sure your screen has a high resolution enough.
