The word cloud module consists of words from literature mining, and the gene symbols that are specifically expressed in female or male. We counted the frequency of each word in the wordlist for each species from the collected literature. We calculated the top 50 genes that were specifically expressed in female or male from RNA-seq data, and added them into word cloud with frequency set to 1.
